REGISTRATION DELIVERY METHOD & TIMING
Once a successful Online Registration form has been submitted for the 2017 NCPA Annual Conference, an email will be sent out to the primary contact confirming the order. If an email confirmation is not recieved within 12 hours, please call (916) 781-4202 or email Cary Padgett to confirm the order and request a new email confirmation.

MERCHANT PROCESSING INFORMATION
Online Registration payments are processed using U.S. Bank and a trusted Authorize.Net gateway.
To be eligible for a refund, cancellations for the conference and golf must be received no later than 5:00 PM, Friday, September 1, 2017. Refunds will be issued via check from NCPA within 30 days. For questions, please contact Cary Padgett or (916) 781-4202. Click here to cancel your order.
PAYMENT ASSIGNMENT (MULTIPLE PAYMENTS)
Payment Assignment via Online Registration allows split payments for registration items between two different cards or checks. For example, if a company is paying for registration and a user would like to add golf to their order, the user can choose to assign different payment methods for each item.
